Goals

 

The overall objective it is the implementation and development of common systems and standards for the optimization of decision-making processes in the field of water and forests, the application of the system of evidence-based policies in the Ministry of Water and Forests for the systematization and simplification of legislation in the field of water and the implementation of simplified procedures to reduce the administrative burden for business environment in forestry.

Specific objectives refer to the development of:

 

  • specific studies for updating the existing system of technical norms in forestry;
  • the regulations for the protection of the forest fund at the national level, for the valorization of the wood mass from the property forest stock and regarding the traceability of the wood;

Project activities:

Implementation of simplified procedures intended for economic agents to reduce bureaucracy in the field of forestry.

 

Subactivities:

 

  • the elaboration of substantiation studies of simplified procedures and existing regulations intended for economic agents to reduce bureaucracy in the field of forestry;

Results

Simplified procedures intended for economic agents to reduce bureaucracy in the field of forestry, developed within the project:

  • the procedure regarding the protection of the national forest stock;
  • the procedure regarding the compositions, schemes and technologies of forest regeneration and afforestation of degraded lands;
  • the procedure regarding the care and management of arboretums;
  • the procedure regarding the choice and application of treatments method;
  • the procedure regarding the evaluation of the wood intended for commercialization;
  • the procedure regarding forest management planning;
  • the procedure regarding the protection of forests against fires;
  • the procedure regarding forest regeneration and annual control of regenerations;
  • the procedure regarding forest protection;
  • the procedure regarding the traceability of wood and wood materials;
  • the procedure regarding the valorization of wood mass from the publicly owned forest stock
